Information we process
Groundwork processes account information, company workspace records, estimates, customers, projects, equipment, time records, uploaded plans and photos, support communications, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, save company records, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain backups, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
Payments
Subscription checkout and billing management are handled by Stripe. Groundwork receives billing identifiers and subscription status but does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Access, retention, and choices
Workspace owners control invitations and roles. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting Groundwork. Some records may be retained for security, billing, backup integrity, or legal obligations.
