You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and use Groundwork only for lawful business purposes.
Estimating and project decisions
Groundwork provides software tools and calculations, not engineering, surveying, legal, tax, safety, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing quantities, costs, assumptions, plans, field conditions, and exports.
Subscriptions and availability
Paid access is billed through Stripe according to the plan shown at checkout. Groundwork may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, abuse invitations, bypass billing, scrape private data, or violate another person’s rights.
